I was not just unsatisfied but extremely torqued off with the QSIPO26x Indoor/outdoor IP Speed Dome Camera. The first one you sent me had a tab broken where it fastens to the camera shroud. I figured things happen so please send me another one. The second one you sent me the plug between the camera and housing was broken inside the case. It almost appears that someone is going out of their way to supply me with damaged equipment. I had to order a different product. It is advertised as rugged and vandal resistant. It is my hope that unlike the other camera, this one survives shipping.
